A short blog just might suffice some reader’s curiosities. To begin with the beginning dear reader, look at the American diet. Yes, there are ‘good’ foods available and a variety of available resources to gather necessities for a proper diet.

Kidney Disease has been called the silent killer. This is because there is a major segment of society that never knows they suffer from this ailment until it’s too late. It’s a good idea to be tested as a young man or woman to ascertain if a change in eating habits is warranted.

To God be the Glory
Until next week
